- CHCI Public Policy Fellowship: The CHCI Public Policy Fellowship (PPF) seeks to enhance participants’ leadership abilities, strengthen professional skills, and produce more competent and competitive Latino professionals in public policy areas. The fellowship offers talented Latinos, who have earned a bachelor’s degree within two years of the program start date a paid, nine-month fellowship in Washington, DC. Fellows gain hands-on experience at the national level in the public policy area of their choice. / Apply by December 15, 2024
- CHCI Postgraduate Fellowship: The CHCI Postgraduate Fellowship seeks to enhance participants’ leadership abilities, strengthen professional skills, and produce more competent and competitive Latino professionals. The nine-month paid fellowship program offers exceptional Latinos who have earned at least a master’s degree within three years of the program start date with unparalleled hands-on experience in a Congressional office or committee. - Folger Shakespeare Library Fellowships: Folger’s extraordinary collections are essential to understanding the humanities and their continued resonance and importance. The program puts fellows into direct and sustained engagement with our rare and historical art, books, costumes, manuscripts, periodicals, prints, and visual resources through increased digital access and partnerships with Folger librarians. The Folger Institute is committed to supporting collections-based research and providing scholars with the resources they need to pursue and advance their work; they will offer non-residential research fellowships, in the amount of $4,000, to support four continuous weeks of research and writing. / Apply by December 15, 2024
- Program on U.S.-Japan Relations Postdoctoral Fellowships: The Program on U.S.-Japan Relations enables scholars and outstanding professionals from government, business, finance, journalism, NGOs, and other fields to come together at Harvard. The Program offers postdoctoral fellowships for social scientists in various fields, including anthropology, economics, education, history, law, political science, public health, public policy, and sociology. Projects focusing on Japan or Japan’s international role from a comparative, historical, or global perspective are welcome. Knowledge of the Japanese language is not required. The postdoctoral fellowship is a twelve-month appointment, in residence in the Boston area. - Consortium Research Fellowships: The Consortium offers Research Fellowships, nine-month Dissertation Fellowships, NEH Postdoctoral Fellowships, and Fellowships-in-Residence for scholars in the history of science, technology, or medicine who would like to use the collections at two or more institutions in the Consortium. Dissertation and Postdoctoral Fellows use offices in the Consortium’s facility in Center City Philadelphia and have access to events and activities throughout Philadelphia’s academic and cultural communities. Stipends vary by fellowship and additional travel stipends are available for scholars from India, Brazil, and South Africa. / Apply by December 15, 2024
- Global Undergraduate Exchange Program: The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program brings future leaders to the U.S. for a year of study at a U.S. institution to experience the U.S. educational system, share their culture, and explore U.S. culture and values. Participants leave the U.S. with tools to become leaders in their professions and communities. Fellows must be over 18 and be citizens of and currently residing in a Global UGRAD participating country. They must be enrolled as an undergraduate in good standing at any accredited university, have a solid command of written and spoken English, and be committed to returning to their home country after finishing the fellowship. / Apply by December 15, 2024
- Sidney B. Williams, Jr. Scholar Program: The Sidney B. Williams, Jr. Scholar Program assists STEM-educated individuals from underrepresented racial and ethnic groups seeking to attend an ABA-Accredited law school to explore a career in patent law in the U.S. The Scholar Program Offers selected scholars a $30,000 law school tuition grant and provides financial and non-financial assistance to scholars during the law school admissions process and throughout law school. / Apply by December 15, 2024
- ETH Student Summer Research Fellowship: The Student Summer Research Fellowship (ETH SSRF) program offers undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to gain their first research experience in an area of their choice. The fellowship provided by the Computer Science Department of ETH takes place during two summer months and is open to all students worldwide. The department is committed to increasing diversity in the computer science area. Fellows at ETH Zurich will receive a monthly allowance of about CHF 1.750 to cover housing and living expenses. - ASN Science Policy Fellowship: American Society for Nutrition (ASN) offers two (2) one-year Fellowships to advanced graduate students, early professionals, postdoctoral trainees, medical interns, residents, or fellows. The Fellowship provides recipients with the opportunity to gain an enhanced perspective on public policy issues related to nutrition and facilitates the acquisition of skills and tools necessary to become well-informed advocates for nutrition research and policy. Applicant must be an ASN member in good standing studying or working in a field related to nutrition science, practice, or public health. / Apply by December 16, 2024
- APS Early-Career Advocacy Fellowship: The APS Early-career Advocacy Fellowship is a two-year program that seeks to engage early-career investigators in advocacy activities and provide them with skills to become long-term advocates for scientific research. In addition, experienced members of the American Physiological Society (APS) Science Policy Committee (SPC) will provide mentorship to the Fellows. Applicants should be members in good standing of APS; be students in a graduate-level program, or have received their doctoral degree within the previous 12 years; have excellent communication skills and an interest in advocacy; and live in the U.S. during the two-year award period. - The Science Ambassador Scholarship: The Science Ambassador Scholarship is a full–tuition scholarship for women and non–binary students in science, technology, engineering, or math. To apply, film a three–minute educational video of yourself explaining a STEM topic you’re passionate about. You must be a high school senior or an undergraduate college student to apply. You do need to attend college (or plan to attend college) in the United States or a United States Territory. The Scholarship program provides undergraduate tuition expenses for up to four years. All fields within science, technology, engineering, and math are eligible. / Apply by December 16, 2024
- Chicago Fellows Program: The Chicago Fellows Program is an internationally competitive postdoctoral fellowship program to support the career advancement of truly exceptional and creative scientists in the biological and biomedical sciences. The expectation is that Chicago Fellows will go on to be the next generation of scientific leaders in their fields. The fellowship period is for 2 years and carries an annual stipend of $53,000, plus a $10,000 annual research budget. Eligible candidates must be within three years of having received the doctoral degree at the time of application; PhD and MD degree holders are eligible. / Apply by December 16, 2024
- New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) Fellowship: Artists’ Fellowships are $8,000 cash awards made to individual originating artists living and working in the state of New York for unrestricted use. Grants are awarded in 15 artistic disciplines, with applications accepted in five categories each year. To be eligible for an NYFA Fellowship, applicants must be a resident of New York State for at least two years prior to the application deadline and cannot be enrolled in a degree program of any kind. / Apply by December 17, 2024
- Russell E. Train Fellowships: Russell E. Train Fellowships support individuals pursuing a master’s or doctoral in conservation. Each year, WWF supports committed conservationists from target countries in Latin America, Asia, and Africa to receive financial support for their studies and field research. Fellows can attend any university worldwide but must return to their home countries to work in conservation for at least two years after completing their degree. - Local Government Management Fellowship: This highly competitive career development opportunity is designed to generate interest in local government careers in the U.S. among recent master’s program graduates. Selected Fellows are placed in full-time management-track local government positions, shaped by direct mentorship under senior government leaders and rotational assignments. Recent graduates and students enrolled in public administration, public policy, or related master’s degree programs at NASPAA-member schools graduating in this academic year are eligible to apply.
