The Shriver Center’s Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) program provides graduate-level interdisciplinary training to improve the health of children and youth with developmental disabilities. Funded by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, it prepares trainees from diverse backgrounds for leadership roles and systems change. The program features two components: the Advanced Leadership Fellowship Program and the Leadership in Clinical Care Program, focusing on high-level interdisciplinary clinical service.
